Edward J. Carroll (ecarroll@cslaw.us) concentrates his immigration practice in EB-5 matters, counseling regional centers, enterprises and investors. His writings have appeared in publications of AILA, the American Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association and Canadian media. Mr. Carroll comments on radio and television on immigration issues and has taught immigration law at the Vermont Service Center. Mr. Carroll is a member of AILA’s EB-5 Committee. Steven T.
