Jennifer Minear is a director at McCandlish Holton, PC where her practice focuses on business immigration. She is a frequent panelist at national conferences and the author of numerous articles on physician immigration issues. She sits on AILA's DOS Liaison Committee and is the Chair of AILA’s Healthcare Professional-Physicians Committee. She also chairs the Government Agency Liaison Committee for the International Medical Graduate Taskforce.

Robert D. Aronson, Health Care Professionals-Physicians Committee, Minneapolis, MN

Robert D. Aronson is managing attorney at Aronson & Associates. He represents a broad and diverse array of medical practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, and other medical employers in their efforts to recruit and retain IMGs. He has authored over 70 articles dealing with IMG and academic immigration. He is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law and was a Fulbright Fellow at the law schools of Harvard University and Moscow State University.

She serves as senior editor of the Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook, member of AILA's Periodicals Review Board, and as the current Chair of the AILA-California Service Center Committee.
