2014 Fall Conference In the U.S. immigration system, small mistakes can have a life-long devastating impact. That's why a thorough understanding of our removal system is crucial if practitioners are to help make immigrants' dreams come true.

This conference has been designed to delve deep into all matters regarding removal and solidify attendee's knowledge and understanding beyond the basics. To that end, this practical conference is organized around a detailed fact pattern, complete with supporting sample litigation documents, which will help attendees better understand and learn how to navigate the documents that they must use during the removal process. Attendees will also receive access to a specially-recorded ethics-in-litigation seminar which will help them better navigate the potential ethical issues inherent in the removal process. With these tools, and the guidance of the top notch faculty, attendees will feel confident that they are fully prepared to fight for their clients' rights during the removal process.

Join us for a Friday Happy Hour* - Relax and unwind after the conference, meet AILA Board of Governors members, fellow conference attendees and AILA Washington chapter members while enjoying wine, beer and hors d‘oeuvres...all courtesy of the AILA Washington chapter.
