Motions to reopen often represent a client's last and only option in pursuing relief from removal. This seminar addresses recent developments in challenging removal orders. In addition, it provides guidance on presenting complex legal arguments related to exceptions to time and number limitations, restrictions on filing after departure, and pursuing reopening based on a re-analysis of crimes and recent case law developments.
