Kevin W. Miner is a partner in the Atlanta office of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. His practice includes working with clients to develop effective strategies for business immigration while ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations. He has significant experience in PERM and prevailing wage issues, as well as defense of H-1B labor condition application audits. Mr. Miner currently serves as vice chair of the AILA DOL Liaison Committee. He has spoken regularly at seminars regarding immigration developments, including such topics as PERM strategy, export control compliance, and USCIS transformation.

La Verne A. Ramsay is a Senior Associate with Minami Tamaki LLP. She has been involved in Corporate Immigration for over 15 years, specializing for most of that time in RIR and now PERM as well as Immigrant Visa issues, representing very high volume Fortune 500 companies as well as small startups, in varied industries and occupations. She has spoken on PERM MCLE panels for AILA NorCal. Ms. Ramsay received her J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law (1998).
