Evaluating Unlawful Presence and the 3, 10, and “Permanent” Bars

This 90 minute audio seminar was presented live on March 13, 2014, from 2:00 pm-3:30 pm eastern time.

This seminar helps practitioners identify some of the uncertainties in this area of law and develop tools to better advise clients.

  • Unresolved Issues with Minors, Visa Exempt Visitors, and Pre-IIRAIRA Unlawful Presence
  • Unlawful Presence Bars (Three-Year, Ten-Year, and the “Permanent” Bar) —What Waivers Are Available to Overcome These Bars?
