Howard A. Silverman is a partner in the law firm of Ross Silverman LLP with over 28 years of experience in the field of immigration and nationality law. Mr. Silverman is the former Chair of the New England chapter of AILA and is a former Chair of the Boston chapter of the National Immigration Project. In addition, he is a former national Vice-Chair of the AILA Immigration and Customs Enforcement Liaison Committee and currently one of the liaisons for the New England AILA Chapter to the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Office in Burlington. He also served six years on the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council (formerly AILF). Mr. Silverman is listed in Best Lawyers in America and has been awarded the AV rating, the highest rating available by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Silverman received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of law in 1984 and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Heather L. Poole is a private immigration lawyer based in Pasadena, CA, focused on complicated family immigration cases. She is an attorney trainer for national CLE providers, AILA, and the Los Angeles County, Orange County, Beverly Hills, and Pasadena Bar Associations. She teaches Immigration Law at Fullerton College. Her articles are published in Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine, Orange County Lawyer Magazine, The Riverside Lawyer, The Alaska Bar Rag, AILA's Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook, and AILA's Forms & Fundamentals. She is chair of AILA's National NMD Steering Committee and treasurer of the AILA Southern California Chapter.
Jonathan S. Greene, Columbia, MD
Jonathan S. Greene is the founder of the Greene Law Firm, a Columbia, MD immigration and family law firm. He is the only attorney to have served both as past AILA-DC Chapter Chair and Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association Immigration Law Section. He currently serves as a member of the AILA Annual Conference Committee and is also an Immigration Law adjunct professor at Stevenson University. Mr. Greene is the author of numerous articles on immigration law, including an upcoming Immigration Briefings article on family issues.
