On March 8, 2013, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published the final version of the revised Form I-9. USCIS has also published a new revision of the M-274: Handbook for Employers. The new Form I-9 is effective immediately and must be used exclusively starting on May 8, 2013. The new Form I-9 has doubled in length and comes with a new set of expanded instructions. This late breaking seminar discusses the changes and how they affect your practice.
