Mary E. Kramer (dl), AILA Author, Immigration Consequences of Criminal Activity, Miami, FL
Mary Kramer is the author of The Immigration Consequences of Criminal Activity: A Guide to Representing Foreign-Born Defendants. Having served on local, regional, national, and AILA committees, she is currently president of the Board of Directors of Catholic Legal Services. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison Law School and the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota cum laude. She earned the attorney general’s Meritorious Public Service Award on a pro bono project.

Jodi Goodwin, Harlingen, TX
Jodi Goodwin practices immigration law in the trenches and on the border. She has represented thousands of asylum seekers, economic migrants, long-term permanent residents, and U.S. citizens in removal proceedings, as well as immigrants in federal court. She attended the University of Texas and St. Mary’s University. She enjoys teaching new practitioners and devoting her time to community and pro bono projects. She was awarded the Arthur C. Helton Award for Advancing Human Rights.

Jeff Joseph, Aurora, CO
Jeff Joseph is a past chapter chair and director on the AILA Board of Governors. Jeff received AILA’s Joseph Minsky Young Lawyer Award, and has been nominated by the Denver Business Journal’s “Forty under 40.” He has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America, recognized in Colorado SuperLawyer Magazine, and a “Top Lawyer” in 5280 Magazine. Currently he teaches immigration law at the University of Denver College of Law.
