In this one day conference practitioners will have the opportunity to explore the process and law underlying the waiver process. In particular, it will focus both on upcoming changes to the immigrant waiver processing as well as the nonimmigrant waiver applications. Invited speakers will include representatives from the Admissibility Review Office, the State Department, Customs and Border Protection as well as the Centers for Disease Control. It will be a full day of interactive dynamic education on everything that you wanted to know about waiver applications.
