The Administrative Appeals Office of the USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals within the Department of Justice each have distinct authority for handling specific cases being appealed. Learn which agency has jurisdiction over which appeals. This panel will address the mechanics of presenting your appeal and address tips on presenting additional evidence, briefing issues, and where to find published and unpublished decisions.
