The 2017 AILA Fall CLE Conference, Fearless Lawyering: Mobilizing in the New Era of Removal (Removal Issues Conference), will focus on cutting-edge issues in removal practice, including advanced bond strategies, recent developments in crimmigration, DHS’s expansion of bars to asylum, best practices to counter government misapplication of the burden of proof, and how to advocate effectively on behalf of clients in light of the changes promulgated by the new presidential administration.
Please note: The Removal Issues Conference will be presented simultaneously with the Business Immigration Litigation Conference. When you register for the Removal Issues Conference, you are committing to attending only that conference. Due to the interactive nature of the workshops, you will not be permitted to attend sessions offered by the Business Immigration Litigation Conference.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at the AILA conferences and events constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events by AILA.
AILA will file for CLE credits in appropriate jurisdictions. Eligible participants can receive up to 9.2 total (including, up to 1.0 ethics credit) in 50-minute jurisdictions and up to 7.6 total credits (including, up to 1.0 ethics credit) in 60-minute jurisdictions. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record sessions attended and CLE codes provided at each session via webCLE. More information on jurisdictions approving this program for CLE credit will be available closer to the conference date. Live attendance must be recorded by September 22, 2017. This deadline does not apply to the download format.
Please Note: CLE credits not reported on webCLE by the published deadline will be subject to an administrative late fee to cover incurred costs.
