Elizabeth A. Goss specializes in the representation of physicians, researchers, faculty, and student entrepreneurs. She is an often invited lecturer on a variety of employment-based immigration topics both nationally and internationally. She currently serves as of chair of NAFSA's Employment-Based Subcommittee (ISSRP).

Janora L. Hawkins is an associate with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP in Atlanta, GA. She represents clients of all sizes in connection with business immigration matters. She also serves as the chair of the GA-AL AILA Chapter's CBP committee and served as a co-chair of the 2017 GA-AL AILA Chapter Conference. She hosts an internet radio show that focuses on immigration matters (Beyond the Border on WCEG Talk Radio) and speaks nationally on business immigration matters.

Cindy P. Jen is a partner in Fragomen's Silicon Valley office and has been with the firm for 17 years, spending one year practicing in the firm's China offices. Cindy focuses her practice on business immigration, providing strategic counseling on a wide-range of employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. She has provided counsel on a vast array of visa strategies for professionals, managers and executives, persons of extraordinary ability, entrepreneurs and immigrant investors. AILA cannot verify your attendance and participation in this program unless you register directly for the seminar and use your own telephone line to participate in the call. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record seminar attendance and the CLE code provided within one week of the seminar date via webCLE.
Reporting Deadline: CLE credits must be reported within one week of the seminar date on AILA’s webCLE site. Credits not reported on webCLE by the deadline will be subject to an administrative fee.
