Leading Edge Business and Removal Practice Issues

This two-track conference is geared towards the advanced-level practitioner and is designed to provide insight into the most challenging issues encountered within both business and removal practices.

Track One: Advanced Removal Issues

Removal practice has never been more challenging, and is not likely to get any easier in 2016. As an advocate, you have to broaden your toolbox of legal options to include parole requests, waivers, and cooperation with law enforcement. You will need to think more creatively about how to challenge agency abuses and due process violations, as well as to how to use process and procedure to your advantage. This cutting-edge removal track offers you new and effective solutions.

Track Two: Advanced Business Issues

The world is growing, the speed of business is increasing, and the mobile workforce is increasing and changing. Unfortunately, the legislative landscape is not changing for the better, and the agencies that adjudicate and process business immigration cases are getting more and more difficult to work with. This advanced program will help you and your clients successfully navigate the complexities of a mobile-global workforce.
